Tom plays a key role in strengthening the electric system that keeps the Hudson Valley powered. As part of the electric distribution standards group, he helps develop the guidelines line crews use every day to build and maintain the grid. His work ensures crews have the safest tools and the right materials — all to deliver more reliable service to customers.

What Tom enjoys most is the collaborative culture at Central Hudson. From day one, he felt welcomed by his team and energized by working closely with groups across the company — from line crews to fellow engineers.

Originally from Buffalo, Thomas now calls Poughkeepsie home, and he’s driven by a commitment to building a safer, stronger, more reliable future for the Hudson Valley.
