David plays a vital role in supporting a safe and reliable gas system for the Hudson Valley. His work spans multiple teams across the gas department — from field crews to compliance, standards, strategy, and operations — all collaborating to solve complex challenges and keep projects moving in the right direction.

What David wants customers to know is that the gas team is on call 24/7. Whether it’s emergency decision‑making, developing detailed procedures, or supporting major gas projects, the work never stops — and the team takes real pride in tackling tough tasks with care and professionalism.

A moment that stands out for David came during the 2024–2025 winter, when water entered a gas main in Mahopac. He and his colleagues worked day and night to restore service, and he spent time speaking directly with customers to make sure they felt heard and informed. Their patience and appreciation made every long hour worth it.

Every day, David’s behind‑the‑scenes decisions help protect the community — strengthening the gas system, improving procedures, and supporting emergency response efforts that keep homes and businesses safe and comfortable. Growing up as the youngest of seven taught him patience, resilience, and strong communication skills — qualities he brings to every aspect of his work.
