Welcome to the new CentralHudson.com. We recently redesigned our website to better serve you. The new design is based on feedback from customers, through surveys and interactions, and analysis of how customers use our website.

Improvements Include:

  • All of our online self-service and informational resources are now available whether you are visiting our website on a computer, tablet or mobile device;
  • Usage and billing information is presented graphically to make it easier to understand;
  • Transactions are simpler and more efficient;
  • A modern look and feel makes it easier to locate the resources our customers use the most;
  • All customers who sign in have the option to save payment preferences for future transactions;
  • We now provide more detailed information about your account activity.

Accessing Your Account:

IMPORTANT: You must now use your email address on file to sign in through our website and mobile app. Your old user ID will no longer work when signing into our website. If you are not sure what email address is on file for your account, look it up here

If you know the email address AND password associated with your account:

Go to your Profile page and update your email address there.

If do NOT know the password associated with your account and no longer have access to the email address on file:

You will need register as a new user with a current email address. By registering as a new user, you will need to re-enroll for eBills, automatic payments and saved payment preferences, if applicable. To register as a new user, click here and then click the "Register" link at the bottom of the Sign In form.

If you are unable to identify your email address on file, you can register as a new user with a current email address. Go to the Sign In page and at the bottom of the form click "Forgot password" to reset your password.
