Help During Hospitalization Program

If you or an immediate family member who resides with you is hospitalized for a minimum of three days, you could qualify for a payment extension of up to 30 days from the date of admission to the hospital through our Help During Hospitalization program.

How to apply

Complete and submit the help during hospitalization application which must be signed by your doctor or a hospital official.
