Family Contribution / Business Administration: In support of the Corporate Mission; Carry out policies and programs covering several or all of the following: Purchasing, Corporate Communications, Contracting, Human Resources and other business services. Participates in, plans, and coordinates activities of designated project or area to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished.  May review plans and goals to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing tasks.  May establish a work plan for each project/responsibilities assigned and prioritize work steps to meet time constraints.  May confer with peers or team members to outline and clarify duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to accomplish project/responsibilities.  May prepare and review status reports on progress and modify as needed.  May prepare project reports for management.

 

 

Individual Contribution: In support of the Corporate Mission and Family Contribution; Assist in the Planning, Scheduling, Development, and Supervision and, where applicable, the instruction of Company training programs that relate to state and federal government initiated and or mandated programs.  Develop new and enhance existing training programs for employees concerning policies and procedures in order that they may effectively perform their duties and responsibilities, to adhere to regulatory requirements, public and employee safety and to promote good customer relations.  Coordinate and maintain records of both classified and unclassified employees participating in both mandated and non-mandated training programs including adequate records are developed and maintained for classified employees in progression training.  Assist in the development of an annual compliance training and development plan and budget.  The plan will identify and schedule specific courses to accomplish all specified training objectives.  Coordinate all training and development plans and programs with other company groups to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness in the training and development area. Initiate and maintain close contact and liaison with designated group training coordinators to ensure compliance.
