Family Contribution /
Information Technology: In support of the
Corporate Mission;
Collaborates
with associates and management in other areas of the Company, in a proactive
role, to determine alternative solutions and strategies for developing,
supporting and enhancing the company’s information systems and technology
infrastructure. Responsible for the
design, implementation, operation and management of the Company’s
telecommunications network. Responsible
for requirements analysis, system design, development, implementation and
management of the Company’s business application systems. Manages information systems performance and
capacity requirements. Determines
information technology standards and specifications. Negotiates with vendors, suppliers, system integrators and common
carriers for the most competitive pricing opportunities that meet the company’s
information technology standards and specifications. Responsible for problem determination and resolution with the
information systems hardware and software including but not limited to
telecommunications, networks, computers, operating systems software and
application systems software. Designs,
implements and manages information systems security, controls, backup and
disaster recovery plans.
Individual Contribution: In support of the Corporate Mission and Family Contribution;
Has overall supervisory
responsibility for the information systems development life cycle including
systems analysis & design, applications programming & testing &
implementation and ongoing support and enhancements. Plan, formulate, approve or recommend for approval modifications
to existing systems, adoption of new systems, methods or procedures. Provide for continuous monitoring of
information systems development efforts to ensure that projects are completed
on scheduled, within budget and for the business applications meet or exceeding
customer expectations. Conceptualize,
research, and develop recommendations that resolve business problems, improve
productivity or reduce operating expense.
