Family Contribution / Business Administration: In support of the Corporate Mission; Carry out policies and programs covering several or all of the following: Purchasing, Corporate Communications, Contracting, Human Resources and other business services. Participates in, plans, and coordinates activities of designated project or area to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished. May review plans and goals to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing tasks. May establish a work plan for each project/responsibilities assigned and prioritize work steps to meet time constraints. May confer with peers or team members to outline and clarify duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to accomplish project/responsibilities. May prepare and review status reports on progress and modify as needed. May prepare project reports for management.
Individual
Contribution: In support of the Corporate Mission and Family Contribution;
Assist in the development, analysis, supervision and coordination of security
programs of all groups in the corporation to insure that all Company personnel,
assets, property, equipment, information, records and material are adequately
protected and that security measures are effectively practiced. Audit procedures and practices as they
relate to security on a Corporate basis. Investigate alleged violations of
Corporate security and coordinate contacts with federal, state, county and
local law enforcement agencies and other government offices concerned with
security measures. Recommend changes to
Corporate security policy and practices.
Operate and maintain the Corporate access systems including the card
access system, and lock and keys; responsible for assignment, issue and control
of such keys and access cards. Develop,
expand, augment and recommend improvement in the locking system as required.
