Family Contribution / Business Administration: In support of the Corporate Mission; Carry out policies and programs covering several or all of the following: Purchasing, Corporate Communications, Contracting, Human Resources and other business services. Participates in, plans, and coordinates activities of designated project or area to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished.  May review plans and goals to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing tasks.  May establish a work plan for each project/responsibilities assigned and prioritize work steps to meet time constraints.  May confer with peers or team members to outline and clarify duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to accomplish project/responsibilities.  May prepare and review status reports on progress and modify as needed.  May prepare project reports for management.

 

 

Individual Contribution: In support of the Corporate Mission and Family Contribution; Plan, Schedule, Develop corporate training programs that relate to state and federal government initiated and or mandated programs.  Insure the programs contain all needed policies and procedures and target employees needing the training in order that they may effectively perform their duties and responsibilities, to adhere to regulatory requirements, public and employee safety and to promote good customer relations.  Stay current with all state and federal regulations as they may relate to corporate training initiatives and keep Senior Management informed as to program needed to maintain compliance.  Be responsible for the development of the annual compliance training and development plan and budget including the identification of specific courses and a schedule to accomplish all specified training objectives.  Oversee the coordination of all training and development plans and programs with other company groups to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness in the training and development area. Insure that complete training records of both classified and unclassified employees participating in both mandated and non-mandated training programs including employees in progression training are created and maintained.
