Family Contribution / Business Administration: In support of the Corporate Mission; Carry out policies and programs covering several or all of the following: Purchasing, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Contracting, Human Resources and other business services. Participates in, plans, and coordinates activities of designated project or area to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished.  May review plans and goals to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing tasks.  May establish a work plan for each project/responsibilities assigned and prioritize work steps to meet time constraints.  May confer with peers or team members to outline and clarify duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to accomplish project/responsibilities.  May prepare and review status reports on progress and modify as needed.  May prepare project reports for management.

 

 

Individual Contribution: In support of the Company Mission and Family Contribution; to recommend, manage the planning, preparation and implementation of communication and marketing programs to achieve public understanding, acceptance and support of the Company's policies and operations.  To design, coordinate and implement the Company's advertising programs; to oversee content, design and functionality of the corporate web site; Supervise personnel assigned to the Corporate Communications Division including the Graphic Designer in production of various printed materials, the Employee Communications Editor in production of the Employee Newsletter, the Clerical Assistant and the Energy Marketing Specialists. To present information to employees by publishing the Newsletter on a timely basis; to produce the Fact Card for employees on an annual schedule; to maintain a photographic library within the division; to oversee production of the Annual Report to shareholders.  To oversee the development and design of the corporation's institutional, Marketing and Public Safety Advertising programs.  Develop and maintain contacts with Group heads and other members of management in order to keep informed about activities and developments that should be communicated to the public.  Keep informed about local, regional, state and national developments which have an effect on the Company and which should be communicated to the public.
