Family Contribution / Business Administration: In support of the Corporate Mission; Carry out policies and programs covering several or all of the following: Purchasing, Corporate Communications, Contracting, Human Resources and other business services. Participates in, plans, and coordinates activities of designated project or area to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished. May review plans and goals to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing tasks. May establish a work plan for each project/responsibilities assigned and prioritize work steps to meet time constraints. May confer with peers or team members to outline and clarify duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to accomplish project/responsibilities. May prepare and review status reports on progress and modify as needed. May prepare project reports for management.
Individual Contribution: In support of the Corporate Mission and Family Contribution and
with a specific focus toward the development, implementation and coordination
of policies and programs covering employment, placement, orientation and
training, labor/employee relations, compensation, organization development,
safety and health, security, payroll, benefits and employee services; Plan,
analyze, schedule and supervise the administration and performance of the
Company benefit plans such as the Health Benefit Program, Group Life Insurance
Program, Retirement Income Plan, and the Savings Incentive Plan. Direct the overall analysis, development,
installation and maintenance of competitive and equitable compensation programs
for employees under the Management Compensation Program. Plan, develop and recommend changes in, or
additions to, personnel policies and procedures based on analysis or research
studies in such areas as retirement, life insurance, health, compensation and
other employee benefit plans, etc.
