CH Energy Group, Inc. Declares Common Stock Dividend

(Poughkeepsie, NY) The Board of Directors of CH Energy Group, Inc., (NYSE: CHG) at its regularly scheduled meeting today, declared a quarterly dividend of 54 cents per share of its Common Stock, payable August 3, 2009, to holders of record as of July 10, 2009.
