(Poughkeepsie, NY) The Board of Directors of CH Energy Group, Inc., (NYSE: CHG) at its regularly scheduled meeting today, declared a quarterly dividend of 54 cents per share of its Common Stock, payable May 1, 2009, to holders of record as of April 9, 2009.
