An email has been issued from a party posing as Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, offering to send information on “special promotions, services or new vehicles.” The message misspells the word “Electric” as “Elecric” in the subject line and message body.

As Central Hudson respects customer privacy, this email has not been issued or authorized by Central Hudson or by parties representing the utility. Central Hudson recommends that those receiving this email should proceed with caution, and suggests that customers should not click on any links nor respond to the email. The email is not related to or associated with Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation in any way.
