Calls about your electric and natural gas service (including billing questions, reporting an outage, to connect or disconnect service, etc.) should be placed to our Customer Call Center’s automated telephone service at (845) 452-2700 or (800) 527-2714.

If, after talking with a Customer Service Representative in our Call Center, you feel your problem hasn’t been resolved, you may ask to speak with a supervisor, or call Susan Royce, Director of Consumer Outreach, (845) 486-5527.
